REGISTRATION PROCEDURE


Early Registration open till August 1, 2008


Registration Policy

Participants interested in registering for the conference should consult the Registration Categories page describing the benefits pertaining to the different registration categories. ICST is a registered non-profit society and thus registration fees paid at ICST conferences and sponsorship support provided for ICST activities might be used for tax and accounting benefits depending on national rules and regulations.

Registration Options

  1. On-line registration (Please click here for secure Registration Website)

    Register on-line with our secure merchant site. We accept online credit card payments (MasterCard and VISA) through our secure payment gateway, provided by SkipJack. Late registration fees may be automatically applied if you submit this online form after the early registration deadline (August 01, 2008). Please do NOT mail any payment information if you choose to submit the payment online. Upon successful on-line registration an automated receipt will be sent to the email address you provided within 3 days.

    Register by downloading, completing and returning the Registration Form to Mr. Tibor Kovacs. We accept credit card information (MasterCard and VISA) only if ALL sections of the form (mailing information, three digit security code, etc.) are properly completed. Late registration fees may be automatically applied if you submit the Registration Form after the early registration deadline (August 01, 2008).
  3. Fax registration (Please click here for Registration Form)

    Register by downloading, printing and faxing the Registration Form to (international dialing code) 36 1 3494355. We accept credit card information (MasterCard and VISA) only if ALL sections of the form (billing statement address, three digit security code, etc.) are properly completed. Late registration fees may be automatically applied if you submit the Registration Form after the early registration deadline (August 01, 2008).

Payment Receipt

Simple receipts will be included in the conference bags distributed among the registered conference participants. Official receipts appropriate for tax and accounting procedures will be issued upon individual requests.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

There is a 50 EUR service charge for processing cancellations and refunds. Refund requests must be sent to Mr. Tibor KOVACS no later than August 15, 2008; no refund requests will be considered after this date. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the payment was made.
